About: A graduating valedictorian from Taylor Allderdice High School, Andrew was president of Allderdice’s Model United Nations club and founder of Allderdice’s chapter of the Junior State of America, a national political debate and activism organization. While in high school, Andrew scored in the top one percentile on the SATs, became a National Merit Scholarship Commended Student, was awarded the Princeton Book Award, and was a member of Allderdice’s national championship Junior Engineering and Technological Society competition team, as well as the Science Olympiad team. Andrew enjoys performing and participated in two musicals each year throughout high school while additionally singing in the school choir. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys playing tennis, ultimate Frisbee, walking and being outside, and cheering for his favorite team, the Pittsburgh Pirates.
