About: Alex is a senior Chemical Engineering student at Washington. He went to high school in Woodstock, IL at Marian Central Catholic High School. Alex scored a 35 on his ACT and received awards as a National Merit Scholar, Illinois State Scholar, and Class Valedictorian. He has been tutoring in math and science since high school, and continues to work with undergraduate students that need additional help in calculus. As well as tutoring for Ivy Insiders, he is a DJ at the campus radio station KWUR and books concerts at the Gargoyle.
