Our Guarantee

As a company on a mission to reinvent test prep and college admissions, we have spent the last five years developing programs whose approach, value, and results are unmatched.

Because we are committed to making sure this never changes, we guarantee the success and satisfaction of all of our students. What this means is simple:

• If you complete any of our test prep programs and are not satisfied with your score improvement, we will let you attend a full Ivy Insiders classroom course of your choosing for free. If you are unable to attend another class or none are offered in your area, you will be given a free 1-year pass to our online classroom course.
• If you enroll for a private tutoring program of any kind (academic, admissions, or test prep) and are not 100% satisfied with your instructor after your first meeting, we will send you a new instructor until you are. Your paid program will not begin until you find the tutor who is right for you.

There are no caveats to our guarantee and there is no fine print. Helping you achieve your goals is something we are 100% committed to.
